Artists of the Murray River
The majesty of the river has inspired many artists. Some make their home in the river landscape, immersed every day in an ever-changing feast for the senses. This page features artists that have presented their work to the RCBC and make their work and galleries available to visitors.
Jasmine Rose is Artist-in-Residence at Wompinni Station and has a gallery and garden installations at the homestead. Jasmine works in small and large sculptures, ceramics, pencil drawing, paint and mixed media in a variety of styles. Jasmine's themes include local plants and animals in pencil, paint and metal, abstract ceramics and large sculptures welded from found or re-purposed objects. Jasmine is happy to take on commissions, but also has a large body of work available for sale at Wompinni and online. Jrose Fine Arts artworks can be viewed through Instagram (jrose_fine_arts), Facebook (Jrose Fine Arts; https://www.facebook.com/jrose.finearts) and her website (https://jrosefinearts.com/) and biography.
