RIVER RUN CHARITY AUCTION DONORS
HELD ON THE MORGAN WATERFRONT SATURDAY AFTERNOON 26 SEPTEMBER 2020, THE CHARITY AUCTION RAISED OVER $3,000 FOR BEYOND BLUE
The businesses and organizations listed below and individual club members provided a vast array of lots for the auction, which attracted very strong bidding from members and friends. The RCBC thanks all who contributed and encourages you to support the businesses that support us and our nominated charity.
Clint and Liz Frankel produce original kiln-fired glass artworks in their Riverland studio and gallery. These include textured glass with painted, laminated and sandblasted designs. Glassworks range from functional glass food platters to murals and architectural features. Liz has also produced a range of children's picture books. The Frankels have donated glass artwork for our auction.

Tony Upton from Hillston, NSW, designs and manufactures a range of barbeques and accessories. The Biji Barbi is based on the traditional plow disc hotplate, but is manufactured from lightweight materials with structural innovations that make campfire cooking easy. Tony is an RCBC member and is offering fellow members discounts on group purchases. See our Supporters page for more details. Tony has also donated some BBQ accessories and a camp cookbook to our Auction.

Berri Betta Home Living, located at 6-8 Vaughan Tce. Berri is owned and operated by Sean and Damien Drake. The Berri store carries a wide range of electrical goods including TV and audio, kitchen appliances, and home furnishings. Stock from many of the major brands are on display in store. Deliveries can be arranged for most Riverland towns. Sean and Damien have donated a slow cooker to the charity auction.

The Riverland Cruising Boat Club has supported one or more charities as part of each River Run staged over the last 34 years. Charities have included medical research and support foundations; the Royal Flying Doctor Service; the State Emergency Service; Variety Club fundraisers; Blaze Aid and the restoration of historic river vessels. The Club and individual members will be donating an eclectic range of must-have items for the auction.

The Angoves established as pioneering winemakers in Adelaide in 1886 and five generations later they have wineries and cellar door outlets in McLaren Vale and Renmark. Angove produce an extensive range of quality table wines, fortifieds, the famous St. Agnes brandy and more recently, many organic wines. The Renmark winery and distillery (est. in 1910), was the first winery and distillery in the Riverland. Tours of the distillery are available by appointment. Angoves have donated organic wines to be auctioned.

Camps Australia Wide produce popular travel guides for caravan and motorhome tourers. More recently the books Camps Snaps and Caravan Parks 5 and the Camps App have been added to the product range. Features include GPS locations for places of interest, free and budget campsites, caravan parks. Campsites are reviewed and information is available about travelling with pets, solo or with family. Berri Newsagency at Shop 2A Vaughan Court, Berri can provide home, office and school stationery and has a huge range of gifts, cards and wrapping papers as well as newspapers and magazines. Fisiocrem products include a massage gel containing natural herbal ingredients traditionally used for temporary relief of muscular aches and pains. Introduced by our house physiotherapist, Fisocrem is a popular remedy in the RCBC for those many aches that come with the boating life. Dominic Wines are a family-owned company based in Berri, in the Riverland of South Australia. Four generations of grape growing and winemaking have seen their wines exported to Sweden, the UK and Europe, Canada and China. Wine grape varieties produced include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Dominic Wines are again supporting the RCBC's charity auction, with multiple packs from their Evolution range.

Local author Léonie Kelsall grew up on the Fleurieu Peninsula and in the Mallee of South Australia. She has donated a copy of her book published just this year by Allen and Unwin.
